Noxious Weed Alert
It has been verified that there is a form of a noxious nightshade plant growing in Rockvale. Every part of this plant is poisonous - the leaves, stems, roots, and berries. It has been reported that just a few berries consumed is enough to kill. This plant is poisonous to pets as well as kids and adults.
The town is spraying the weeds on town property with ammonium 2 4D. Once the weed dies then we can go ahead and cut them down with the other weeds we have in town; but until the Nightshade is dead it’s recommended that you don’t touch, cut or burn the weeds.
